Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Braiins Manager, our flagship mining management software. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers—bitcoin miners and mining farms—understand, adopt, and maximize the value of Braiins Manager.

 

What Awaits You Here:

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Braiins Manager to clearly communicate its value proposition to different segments of clients.
  • Create a one-page positioning statement and maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Build and execute a go-to-market plan for product updates and new features.
  • Develop a launch checklist to ensure seamless communication and adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and differentiation.

Sales & BD Enablement

  • Create sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks and social media content.
  • Train the BD team on product messaging to improve customer conversations.
  • Gather feedback from BD and customer interactions to refine product positioning.

Marketing & Content Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing team to produce blog posts, case studies, and educational content for Braiins Manager.
  • Ensure product-focused content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Develop a content roadmap tied to product updates and feature releases.

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Collect and monitor customer feedback, support inquiries, and user discussions to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Work with the support team to ensure product documentation is clear and up to date.
  • Lead customer-facing activities like workshops, webinars, focusing on marketing and educational aspects of the product.

Performance Tracking & Iteration

  • Define success metrics (adoption rates, feature usage, BD feedback) and track marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to validate messaging and identify improvement areas.
  • Iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.

 

 

🔎 Position Requirements:

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, software, or tech industries.
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials and support BD teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing impact.

  • Experience in Bitcoin mining, blockchain, or hardware/software integration.
  • Familiarity with developer marketing or open-source software.

Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics, or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
