Job Description
As our E-commerce operations grow, and the number of orders will surpass tens of thousands by the end of the year, with thousands of devices already in customers’ hands, we seek a new workforce to help our team!
You will work closely with our Head of E-commerce, assisting with administrative tasks, customer support, and some manual labour of picking and packing an insignificant amount of local orders.

Assistance with the day-to-day operations of our 2 e-commerce stores and wholesale.
Customer support in both English and Czech/Slovak.
Co-operation with our tech support team.
Dispatching (pick, pack, ship) local orders from our warehouse.
Preparing freight shipments for air and sea cargo.
🔎 We are looking for someone with:
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language skills; any other language is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Experience with Shopify administration.
Knowledge of the Shipmonk fulfilment system is a plus.
Experience with global freight forwarding and its specifics is a plus.
Driving licence.
Ability to be on-site in Prague, no remote.
🇨🇿 The work is located in Prague, Czech Republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
