Beyond our flagship products, Braiins OS+ and Braiins Pool, we’re building something new: Braiins Manager, a modern cloud platform that helps mining operators remotely manage their hardware and work seamlessly with energy providers, along with other supporting tools.

You’ll play a vital role in translating business goals into clear, actionable technical specifications and ensuring our systems continue to evolve with our users’ needs.
You’ll be part of an international team working mostly remotely, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and improve our applications and system architecture.
As a Technical Analyst, you will bridge business requirements and technical execution. You’ll analyze requirements, design efficient solutions, and create clear, actionable specifications that guide development teams to build the right thing, the right way.

Communicate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technical needs.
Prepare and maintain system design documentation according to agreed standards.
Coordinate with developers, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery of analytical outputs and solutions.
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile differing team requirements.
Provide consultation and technical advice to developers and product managers.
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve system performance and usability.
Apply modern analytical approaches and relevant industry trends in solution design.
Identify and propose improvements based on new technical developments.
🔎 We are looking for someone with:
Strong understanding of business and user processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design and integration patterns, algorithms, and system architecture.
Solid knowledge of databases, data structures, and IT security principles.
Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
Understanding of project management principles.
At least 2 years of practical software development experience.
Ability to read and understand programming code (Rust or JS).
Relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Initiative, drive, and a willingness to explore new technologies and approaches.
