Job Description

Braiins is looking for an experienced Office Manager to care for our cozy office in Karlín. We value face-to-face contact (as the nature of our business is complex). Because of that we need our gathering places to be top-notch and welcoming. Are you the person to help us assure that our growing number of colleagues will continue to enjoy working from our relaxed and warm environment?


What awaits you here?

  • End-to-end managing of our offices in Prague.
  • Organizing our “family gatherings” – X-Mass party, BBQ.
  • Participating in the well-being of our employees – we like nerdy stuff :-).
  • Making travel arrangements / Planning business trips.
  • Helping prepare meetings and important happenings.
  • Providing general administrative support.



  • Fluent Czech/Slovak.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Demonstrable experience as an assistant.
  • Relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Thorough knowledge of the full MS Office suite or equivalent.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be “a mommy” for a bunch of grown ups :-).
  • Sense of humour.
