Confirmo is the leading crypto payment gateway in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. As we strengthen our financial department, we’re actively seeking a part-time Finance Operations Specialist with prior experience in a similar role.
Your Role:
As a Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the regular tasks of closing monthly accounts and preparing management reports, with the potential to expand these responsibilities over time. Key duties include:
- Owning the month-end closing and management reporting processes.
- Communicating with our accounting firm for regular updates and clarifications.
- Collecting and organizing incoming invoices, and responding to queries from colleagues.
- Making payments to vendors and sorting incoming invoices efficiently.
Additionally, you’ll have the chance to handle occasional special projects such as:
- Supporting legal and financial tasks related to relocating to new jurisdictions.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for financial institutions.
- Contributing to obtaining national bank licenses under the MiCA regulations.
We’re Seeking Candidates With:
- Experience in financial roles, ready to handle both routine and complex tasks as they grow in the role.
- Able to communicate effectively with external partners like accounting firms.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to oversee multiple financial processes.
- Able to work independently and also contribute to team efforts.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in financial procedures.
- Fluent in English.
