About the Role:

Role Dynamics: As the lead marketer and core team member at Firefish, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing innovative growth and marketing strategies that elevate our brand and expand our market presence. You will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, tasked with bringing our unique value proposition to the forefront of the bitcoin-backed lending market.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing plan & budget setup and management
- Creation, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns
- Cross-team communication
- Digital marketing management and responsibility for a smooth customer journey
- Preparation of marketing collateral and marketing materials, videos etc.
- Reaching growth targets by developing go to market strategies
What We Expect:
- Hands-on approach and proactive behaviour
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and growth hacking, ideally in a fintech or BTC related business.
- Data oriented approach, knowledge of google analytics and analytic tools
- Has experience leading global or regional marketing camapaigns
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and the Bitcoin community is essential.
