We’re Invity, a fast-growing member of the SatoshiLabs Group – a leading force in the cryptocurrency industry. Our goal is to build user-friendly products that help our customers gain financial freedom. We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to spearhead our growth strategy and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and data analytics, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the fintech sector. 👉 What will your duties be?
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive business growth strategy, aligned with the company’s overall objectives and resources.
- Build, mentor, and lead a motivated, high-performing business development team, to effectively identify, evaluate, and execute various growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure aligned identification and evaluation of new opportunities, their prioritization, and their effective execution; leading to launches of new or innovated products, services, or campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Leverage data analytics and conduct market research to make informed decision-making, measure performance, and optimize growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
- Provide regular reporting to the executive team on performance and initiatives.

- Senior level experience in growth strategy and business development, within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Proven strong management skills in building and leading team.
- Successful track record in driving substantial growth and achieving business targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in working with data, leading to informed data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analytics platforms and growth methodologies.
- Strong, at least near-native, level of English. Czech is welcome, but not necessary.
