Job Description
Invity.io is a MiCA-licensed app for Bitcoiners: buy, sell, automated strategies such as Auto Buy or Turbo Buy, debit cards on Bitcoin or Bitcoin backed loans. We’re growing in Czechia, Germany, Spain, Poland and other EU markets, and our audience knows Bitcoin well.
Invity needs a voice that Bitcoin people trust. As a Social Media Lead, you’ll own our social media strategy across organic and paid channels, build that voice, and grow our audience and traffic to the Invity app.
This is primarily a hands-on individual contributor role today, with the potential to take on team leadership responsibilities as Invity grows. You’ll set our social strategy, plan, write and publish our social content, run our paid social campaigns, talk with the community every day and report to management on what brings new customers to the app. You must be a genuine Bitcoin enthusiast. We do not teach the basics on the job, and we do not promote other coins.
Do you want to help shape Invity’s voice and grow Bitcoin adoption across Europe? Keep reading.
👉 What You’ll Do
Strategy
- Build and run Invity’s social media strategy across organic, paid and creator channels
- Propose to management how to use the social and paid budget: where to invest, what to test and what to stop
- Propose which channels and markets to focus on and when, based on our audience and results
- Brief and coordinate freelancers, agencies and creators when needed
Content and community
- Write and publish daily posts, threads, short video scripts and stories that explain Bitcoin and Invity in plain language
- Reply to comments and messages every day, in the tone of a person who knows Bitcoin
- Spot questions the community keeps asking and turn them into content
- Show Auto Buy and Turbo Buy through real use cases, such as buying a fixed amount every week, rather than as ads
- Keep a calm, factual voice when the market is volatile
Channels and calendar
- Run Invity’s accounts on X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Keep a monthly content calendar covering product news, education, events and partner posts
- Run our global channels in English, adapted with local topics where relevant (e.g. tax rules in each EU country), and plan local-language content with the local market team
Paid campaigns
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, X, YouTube/Google within the budget set by management: targeting, creatives, retargeting and pacing
- Get and keep the advertiser approvals each platform requires for crypto ads, together with compliance
- Boost the best organic and creator posts with paid budget (e.g. whitelisting or Spark Ads)
- Optimise campaigns towards first transactions, not only clicks or reach
Growth and reporting
- Grow engaged followers and bring qualified traffic to the Invity app, using tracked links, promo codes and landing pages for each country
- Run small tests on formats, hooks and posting times, and keep a log of the results
- Send a monthly report to management: reach, engagement, followers, app clicks, paid spend, cost per first transaction and first transactions with a known source
- Set up and maintain tracking with marketing: UTMs, pixels and conversion APIs, and app attribution (MMP)
- Support product and CRM with social content that helps new customers move to recurring buying with Auto Buy
Compliance and partners
- Keep every post within MiCA marketing rules and Invity’s tone guidelines, with no promise of returns or profit
- Check posts that name prices, returns or comparisons with compliance before they go live
- Make sure all paid and creator content is clearly labelled as advertising and follows local rules, such as those of the CNMV in Spain
- Build and run a creator programme with Bitcoin creators in each market, event organisers and media partners, with personal codes to track results
- Handle crisis moments such as outages, scams that use our name and negative threads, with a clear escalation path
💪 Who You Are
- A genuine Bitcoin enthusiast, shown by something we can open: Bitcoin content you wrote or made, an active personal account about Bitcoin, or involvement in meetups, conferences or communities
- Can explain in plain language what Bitcoin is, how self-custody works, what a halving is and why people buy a fixed amount at regular times
- Focus on Bitcoin only: no promotion of other coins, tokens or NFTs
- 4+ years running social media for a brand, a media outlet or a Bitcoin project, including at least 2 years owning a social strategy, with accounts or posts we can review
- Writing samples in English that are clear, short and free of hype
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns with a monthly budget, with results you can show (cost per acquisition, conversions, ROAS)
- Experience with tracking and attribution: UTMs, pixels and app attribution tools
- Has used analytics on at least two platforms and reported results to a team
- Has moderated a community through a volatile market or a public problem
Strong plus:
- Experience getting crypto ads approved on Meta, Google or X
- Second language from our markets (especially German, also Czech, Polish or Spanish)
- Short-form video editing and design basics in Canva or Figma
- Experience in regulated financial services or with MiCA marketing rules, experience with Bitcoin events and creators, design basics in Canva or Figma.
🤝 Why Join Invity

- Room to test, learn and move quickly without layers of corporate approval
- Meaningful ownership and influence in a small, fast-moving, agile team
- A mission-driven culture focused on innovation and impact
- Direct cooperation with our founders
- A flexible working environment with room for focused work and deep collaboration
- A collaborative team that values initiative, curiosity and continuous improvement
