We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and lead the hardware sales efforts for Trezor in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing reseller network, while also identifying and securing new retail partnerships across focus countries in the APAC region.

👉 What will your duties be?

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the APAC region
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with current resellers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships and distribution across focus countries in the APAC region, including key accounts and emerging markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation
  • Develop and execute sales promotions, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness

✍️ What makes you the perfect candidate?

  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on retail and consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of the APAC landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the crypto markets and familiarity with hardware wallet devices in the cryptocurrency space
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales CRM software and tools
