👉 What will your duties be?

  • Continuously learning about the whole Trezor ecosystem and becoming a master of cryptocurrencies and digital security, always on the pulse of the latest industry innovations
  • Starting your adventure by answering our customers’ inquiries via a ticketing system (Freshdesk), where your expertise turns the daunting world of blockchain into a welcoming journey for our users
  • Addressing all sorts of queries regarding Trezor hardware and the Trezor Suite application, guiding users through their digital security quest with the ease of a seasoned guide
  • Offering pre-sales guidance and after-sales support, ensuring our customers feel treasured and informed at every step of their Trezor experience
  • Stepping into our online community forums with the flair of a seasoned diplomat, you’ll provide support, moderate discussions, and cultivate an engaging and knowledgeable environment where every member feels at home
  • Updating our knowledge base, user manual, and other helpful materials, because sharing is caring, and in the world of crypto, knowledge is power
  • Embarking on side projects with the spirit of an innovator – Trezor thrives on startup energy. Got a groundbreaking idea? We’re all ears—and action. Here, your innovations have the stage to redefine our operations and digital security impact
