Product Designer (Generalist)

We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer (Generalist) with some experience in everything.  You’ll have the opportunity to:

•Engage with Users: Dive into discussions with our community on Discord, utilize live chat, and interpret analytics to gather insights.

•Design and Innovate: Create hypotheses for improvements, design solutions, and test them both qualitatively and quantitatively.

•Build Systems: Establish a design system within our product.

•Strategize for Growth: Work closely with the team on our vision to expand into global markets.

•Manage and Organize: Help set up the product roadmap and define measurable goals.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and isn’t afraid to jump into different areas. There’s plenty of fun to be had, and the key is a willingness to learn and a drive to make things happen.

•Experience: 3+ years in product design or a related field. (But if you have the drive and passion, we’re open to candidates with less experience!)

•Proficiency in Figma.

•Experience with design systems.

•Ability to utilize various channels for user feedback and turn insights into actionable designs.

•Comfortable testing designs and hypotheses both qualitatively and quantitatively.

•A generalist mindset with a bit of experience in everything.

•Drive and ambition to build something from nearly the ground up.

•Not afraid to fail and iterate—if something doesn’t work, we go back to the drawing board.

•A proactive approach to moving projects forward without getting bogged down in perfectionism.

•Language: Proficiency in English is required; Czech is a plus.
